I have extensive professional and academic experience in special education and I am trained to provide Orton-Gillingham instruction.

Approach

Orton-Gillingham is a systematic and explicit approach to teaching reading and writing. It uses multi-sensory learning to meet the individualized needs of individuals with Dyslexia or those that require reading intervention.

Dyslexia is a neurobiological condition characterized by difficulties with word recognition and by poor spelling and decoding abilities. We can provide an informal dyslexia screening at Masina Learning.
